Share Your Thoughts on Life in Wood County

Every three years, Wood County Health Department and Wood County Hospital conduct a survey to examine the health of people in Wood County. Using the findings from the study, they work with partners across the county, including representatives from our schools, to develop a Community Health Improvement Plan. This plan is a guide for activities to improve the health of the county overall. As we work to develop this plan, we also want to know how people in our community feel about the overall quality of life in Wood County.
